Staff Minimum Standard
Encare, LLC team is composed of dependable, educated and compassionate health and home care professionals. We carefully choose the team members who are invited into our agency. We believe that the success of our agency is greatly dependent on whether or not our staff can perform well in carrying out their home care duties.
For that reason, we take the time and the effort to screen our staff for competence, attitude and experience. The following are included in the employee screening process:

- Verification of Licenses or Certificate
- Certification of CPR and First Aid
- Drug Screening
- Reference Checks with Former Employers
- Criminal Background Clearance
- Interview – Skills and Experience Assessment
- Fit to Work Screening
- Ongoing Education during Employment
- Employee Performance Reviews
